3. Return Process

3.1 Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
3. Click "Request Return" and provide the reason for return
4. Once approved, you will receive return instructions via email

3.2 Return Shipping

• Defective/Damaged Items: We will arrange free pickup or provide prepaid shipping labels
• Change of Mind: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Wrong Item Received: We will arrange free pickup and priority shipping for the correct item

3.3 Packaging Requirements

Please ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit:

• Use the original packaging whenever possible
• Secure all parts and accessories
• Include all documentation and accessories received with the product
• Clearly label the package with the return authorization number

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

• Specify the item you would like in exchange
